California Community Partners for Youth needs your help! We are looking for amazing new mentors and volunteers for the 2011-2012 school year.
CCPY is a school-based non-profit organization which strives to educate and support at-risk teens to stay in school and learn to set and achieve their personal goals. Through intensive training and support, CCPY creates a mutually supportive community of youth and caring adults to help participants understand their underlying attitudes and beliefs, fostering a sense of accountability.
We invite you to assist challenged teens to discover their potential by staying in school and breaking the cycle of poverty, crime, or drugs though life-skills coaching, mentoring, and role-modeling.

CCPY Given Outstanding Program Rating From San Jose Mayor's Gang Task Force

CCPY received a Service Performance Index rating of 903 OUT of 1,000 possible in San Jose’s Mayor’s Gang Prevention Task (MGPTF) evaluation report for the 2009-2010 program year.
